By accessing the site or using the platform, the user fully accepts these Terms.

Use of the platform is permitted exclusively to adults with legal capacity.
It is prohibited to use Adelligent for illegal, unauthorized purposes or in violation of current regulations, including those relating to advertising, privacy and intellectual property.
SECTION 2 – NATURE OF SERVICE (SaaS)
Adelligent is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform.
The service:
is not an advertising agency
does not guarantee economic results
provides tools, automations and recommendations
Final decisions on campaigns always remain with the user.
SECTION 3 – USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Adelligent uses artificial intelligence systems for:
data analysis
targeting suggestions
budget optimization
content generation
predictive insights
The user acknowledges that:
AI provides decision support
suggestions are not binding
results may vary
Adelligent does not guarantee performance, ROI, conversions or growth.
SECTION 4 – REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT
To use the platform, it is necessary to create an account.
The user is responsible for:
the truthfulness of the data provided
the security of credentials
all activities carried out through their account
Adelligent reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in case of violations.
SECTION 5 – INTEGRATIONS WITH THIRD PARTIES
The platform may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to:

Google Ads
TikTok Ads
LinkedIn Ads
payment services
cloud services
Adelligent is not responsible for:
changes to APIs
suspensions of external advertising accounts
third-party platform policies
SECTION 6 – SUBSCRIPTIONS, PAYMENTS AND TRIAL
Some features are subject to payment.
Prices, duration, renewals and conditions are indicated on the platform. Payments are managed by external providers.
Any trial periods do not guarantee future availability of the service.
SECTION 7 – USER CONTENT
The user guarantees that they hold the rights to the uploaded content (texts, images, videos, creatives).
Adelligent is not responsible for:
illegal content
copyright violations
unauthorized use of third-party materials
SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights relating to:
software
algorithms
interface
trademarks
platform content
are the exclusive property of Adelligent S.r.l. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
SECTION 9 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Adelligent is not responsible for:
campaign results
economic losses
user decisions
service interruptions
third-party errors
The service is provided "as is" and "as available".
SECTION 10 – INDEMNIFICATION
The user agrees to indemnify Adelligent S.r.l. from any claim, damage or request arising from improper use of the platform.
SECTION 11 – SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
Adelligent may suspend or interrupt the service in case of:
