STARTUP INNOVATIVA (Tax Code and VAT No. 13269570019), with registered office at 10121 Torino (TO), Via Melchiorre Gioia n. 11, represented by the Sole Director Francesco Baldin (Tax Code BLDFNC97S15L219H), born in Torino (TO) on 15.11.1997, provides services for the creation of promotional, advertising and marketing campaigns for companies, structured on customer targets classified in relation to different types of consumption propensity, defined through tracking technologies and profiling data from social media and other commercial partners.

The company operates through the telematic platform www.adelligent.com

This Cookie Policy describes how we use cookies and similar technologies employed through the above-mentioned telematic platform developed by WISE 360 SOLUTIONS (SMC-Private) limited (Tax Code / Pakistan FBR Registration No.:D299498) with registered office in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, (Pakistan), via Office No. 1, Hamza Plaza, Near Baba Book, PMA Link Road, Jinnahabad, Abbottabad, Pakistan, accessible from the web address www.adelligent.com and on any landing pages, forms and campaign portals managed or hosted on the mentioned telematic platform.


2) What are cookies and similar technologies

4) Types of cookies we use

4.1 Technical and necessary cookies (without consent)

Note: some social media act as third parties that set/read their own cookies or track the user through pixels; in such cases their privacy/cookie policies apply in addition to ours.


5) Social media technologies and profiling

In the context of our advertising activities, we integrate social media pixels/tags to measure conversions, create personalized advertising (Custom Audiences) and similar advertising (Lookalike). We may cross-reference navigation/pixel data with data provided by customers (e.g. hash, e-mail) for the creation of segments for social campaigns; social media may operate as autonomous data controllers for their processing; in some cases, joint controllership may be configured (e.g. joint operations on fan pages/campaigns) according to their respective agreements.

The use of such tools takes place only after consent through our preference management banner. You can revoke or modify consent at any time (see §8).


6) Data processed via cookies/pixels

By way of example:

  • Device and browser data: device type, operating system, identifiers, resolution, settings.

  • Navigation data: pages visited, time spent, clicks, scroll, referrer/UTM, conversion funnel.

  • Campaign data: campaign ID, ad group, creative.

  • Events: pageview, add-to-cart, lead/submit, purchase, completed forms.

  • Matching (where permitted): hash of email and phone number to create/update audience on social platforms.


7) Retention periods

  • Technical cookies: session duration or up to 12 months depending on the technical purpose.

  • Preference cookies: generally between 6-12 months.

  • Analytical cookies: between 14 months and 26 months, variable by provider and configuration.

  • Marketing/pixel cookies: between 3-24 months, variable by platform (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok). Specific durations are indicated in the Cookie List (§13).


8) Consent management (CMP) and preferences

On first visit, we show a banner that allows you to accept, reject or customize cookie categories.

Processing involves transfers to non-EEA countries. For transfers of information subject to processing, we rely on transfer instruments provided by applicable legislation, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC), to which this company and WISE 360 SOLUTIONS (SMC-Private) limited have adhered, and on appropriate supplementary measures.


10) Security

We adopt technical and organizational measures in compliance with the regulations provided by EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016, to protect data collected via cookies/pixels, including minimization, aggregation and limitation of access to legitimate purposes only.

Google Authentication (OAuth)

Purpose:

  • Checking artist role for verification

14) How to manage/limit cookies from browser

Procedures vary for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, Opera. Generally:
