1. PREMISE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

This Privacy Policy describes how Adelligent S.r.l. (hereinafter also "Adelligent" or the "Data Controller") collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of users who access and use:

  • the Adelligent website

  • the Adelligent software platform

  • related digital services

Data processing is carried out in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments.

Use of the website or platform implies viewing and acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

Technical partners also include non-EU entities, including Wise 360 (Pakistan), appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

  • does not replace human decisions

  • operates as decision support tools

The user always remains responsible for final decisions.

Data processing is carried out using IT and telematic tools, in compliance with the principles of:

  • fairness

  • transparency

  • minimization

  • integrity and confidentiality

9. DATA RETENTION

Personal data is retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve the indicated purposes and in any case in compliance with applicable regulatory obligations.

10. COMMUNICATION AND DISCLOSURE OF DATA

Personal data may be communicated to:

  • technology suppliers

  • commercial partners

  • advertising platforms (e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn)

  • competent authorities, where required by law

11. TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EU

If data is transferred to non-EU countries, the transfer will take place in compliance with Arts. 44-49 GDPR, through:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC)

  • other adequate guarantees provided by the legislation

Adelligent adopts adequate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, destruction or improper disclosure.

13. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

The user can exercise the rights provided for in Arts. 15-22 GDPR, including:

  • deletion

  • limitation of processing

  • opposition

  • data portability
